STRING ENSEMBLE

Mondays  at 10.30 - 12.00pm

Fee: £8 per session (payable a term in advance)

If you are an adult and competent string player, why not join our string chamber programme. There are opportunities for smaller chamber ensembles for all standards.

Summer Term Dates 2019: April 29th;  May 13th;  June 10th, 24th;  July 1st.

VIOL CONSORTS

Mondays 2-4pm - Beginners

Group Leader: Claire Horacek

Fee: £10 per hour (payable a term in advance) minimum of 3 in a group

Enjoy learning the viola da gamba and perform a variety of early music in a small chamber group. Instruments can be provided.

BAROQUE ENSEMBLE

Mondays 4.30-6pm

Fee: £8 per session (payable a term in advance)

Group Leader: Claire Horacek

The Elgar Baroque Orchestra provides a unique opportunity for advanced players (approximately Grade 7 above) to perform works from the Renaissance, Restoration, Baroque and Early Classical Periods.

The school is normally open from 10am during the term times and remains open up until 10pm dependant upon activities and classes. We run reduced hours during the school holidays.
